**Pilates Mat
**Pilates Mat is a series of low-impact, flexibility and muscle-toning exercises based on the work of German fitness guru Joseph Pilates. Whether participating in floor (mat) moves or working with the equipment, Pilates emphasizes proper body alignment, flexibility and the development of lean muscles. Pilates with Bands and Balls will utilize the stability ball and dynabands as tools to enhance the mat training. Advanced Mat Pilates is appropriate for anyone with fundamental basic mat conditioning looking for a more vigorous workout. Studio E with Patti.
